We are a research, ratings and media consultancy that conducts market research and organises national recognition platforms and award ceremonies.
For the purposes of Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, Topnotch Foundation is the organisation that decides how and why your personal information is used.
2Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information we collect:
- through this website, including the nomination form, call-back and enquiry forms and the contact form;
- by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person when we discuss a nomination, participation, sponsorship or a research study;
- at our award ceremonies, summits and related events.
It does not apply to other websites you reach through links on our site, such as YouTube, Google Maps or the websites of our media partners. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

4How we use your information
- To evaluate nominations: our research team studies each nominee against the benchmarks of the category.

- To organise the ceremony: guest lists, seating, entry passes, trophy and certificate engraving, hospitality and venue security.
- For billing and legal compliance: invoices, GST records and accounting.
- For publicity of the awards: publishing awardee names, organisations, categories, photographs and videos on this website, on social media, in PR reports, in the awards souvenir and through our media and telecast partners (see section 6).
- To reply to enquiries about sponsorship, research studies and other services.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
- To invite you to future editions of our awards and events. You can opt out at any time (see section 12).
5Your consent
When you submit a form on this website, confirm the consent box or share your details with our team, you agree to the use of your information for the purposes described in this policy. Where information about another person is included — for example the MD / Chairman of the nominated organisation — you confirm that you are authorised to share it.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and we may still keep information that the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.
6Photographs, videos and media coverage
Our ceremonies are public recognition events. They are photographed and filmed by our team and by accredited media, and may be telecast on television channels and shared online.
- By attending, you agree that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, live streams and telecasts of the event.
- The names, organisations, categories and photographs of awardees may be published on this website (including the Media pages), on our social media channels, in PR reports, in the awards souvenir and by our media partners.
- Television channels decide how a telecast is edited; we cannot control which moments or which awardees appear in a broadcast.
- If you would like a photograph of you removed from our website, write to us with a link to the page. We will remove it from our own website and channels within a reasonable time. We cannot recall material already published by independent media.
